(I-601 and I-601A)
2.
Asylum
To demonstrate trauma from past persecution or fear of future prosecution, the evaluation will provide clinical documentation of the mental and emotional impact of returning to the country or origin and establish credibility for the request for asylum.
3.
VAWA
For individuals applying for protection under VAWA, the evaluation focuses on the psychological and emotional impact of domestic violence, allowing the petitioner to seek legal status separate from their abuser ( U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident) and without their involvement.

For victims of human trafficking, this is a specialized psychological assessment that provides documentation of the mental and emotional trauma, psychological conditions, and effects experienced, to assist in demonstrating the need for protection in the United States.
5.
U Visa
For victims of a qualifying crime who have suffered significant mental or physical abuse as a result, and are willing to help law enforcement authorities in the investigation, the evaluation will document the psychological effects and provide support to applications for U nonimmigrant status.
My Approach
I provide a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to evaluate the unique emotional and psychological aspects of each client's evaluation, and how it relates the their request for legal status. The evaluation consists of a comprehensive interview and testing over the course of 2 interviews, and a final 10-12 page report for a fixed fee. Expedited evaluations are also available.
